Provides support for Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments to evaluate potential environmental conditions and support real estate, redevelopment, and regulatory decision-making.

Phase I ESA services include review of historical property uses, regulatory database records, and available site information, along with site reconnaissance and stakeholder interviews to identify potential environmental concerns. Findings are documented in a report that summarizes observations, data sources, and conclusions.

Phase II ESA services involve field investigations to further evaluate identified concerns, including soil and groundwater sampling, collection of representative environmental data, and laboratory analysis to determine the presence and extent of contaminants. Results are interpreted to support risk evaluation, regulatory considerations, and potential next steps.

Reports include technical findings, interpretation of results, and recommendations, which may include remediation options, risk management strategies, or additional assessment needs.

Delivers regulatory compliance services for projects and facilities subject to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), including management of Brownfield and Superfund sites. 

Brownfield services emphasize urban redevelopment, industrial, and commercial projects, while Superfund services focus on complex site remediation and environmental cleanup. 

Compliance support covers hazardous and solid waste management under RCRA, as well as site investigation and response under CERCLA, coordinating with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and delegated state agencies through technical evaluations, regulatory documentation, and agency coordination.

Provides technical and regulatory support for projects funded through HUD CDBG-DR/MIT and FEMA programs. Facilitates comprehensive project management services for environmental and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence. 

Services include planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones; coordinating with federal, state, and local agencies; managing technical deliverables such as reports, permits, and sampling results; and supervising field teams and subcontractors.

Provides support for environmental remediation projects, including site assessment, remedial planning, and regulatory coordination under RCRA, CERCLA, and Brownfield programs. Services address soil and groundwater contamination through a range of approaches, such as excavation, in-situ treatment technologies (e.g., bioremediation and chemical oxidation), pump-and-treat systems, containment, and monitored natural attenuation.

Supports compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and assists clients, as needed, in coordinating with agencies such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), state environmental authorities, and local agencies.

Provides geological and field-based support for site characterization, including soil and rock evaluation through field sampling, drilling coordination, and review of laboratory data in accordance with applicable ASTM standards. Services include the use of geologic maps and other resources to support site interpretation, field investigations, and technical analysis.

Assists in QA/QC and oversight of drilling and subsurface investigation activities, including coordination of subcontracted geotechnical and drilling services when required. Supports the preparation of technical deliverables, RFPs, cost estimates, proposals, and project documentation.

Additional services include geophysical evaluations (as applicable), development of actionable recommendations based on site-specific conditions, and support for risk assessment and planning considerations. 

Health and Safety Plans can also be prepared and implemented to support field operations.

Executes technical support for soil drilling and groundwater sampling activities for environmental investigations, site characterization, and regulatory compliance under RCRA, CERCLA, and Brownfield programs.

Coordination and oversight of drilling activities, as well as support for monitoring well installation and sampling of subsurface conditions above and below the water table. Activities are conducted in coordination with qualified drilling subcontractors when required.

Groundwater and soil sampling is performed in accordance with applicable EPA and industry standards to support reliable data collection, contaminant assessment, and regulatory reporting.

Field efforts are focused on supporting remediation planning, risk evaluation, and informed decision-making across a range of project types, including industrial, commercial, and redevelopment sites.
